The Butterfly Affect

The Law of Intentional Consciousness says that your thoughts and feelings must be a vibrational match in order to manifest your desires. This law states that to be in control of your life you must intentionally be aware or conscious of your feelings and the thoughts that accompany those feelings.

You may be thinking…monitor my every thought! No, that’s not it at all. You couldn’t possibly monitor your every thought. But you can monitor how you feel. You can learn to know the difference between a bad feeling and what you’re thinking at the time and a good feeling and what caused that.

Then intentionally and consciously choose to focus more and more on the thoughts that make you feel good. And less on the thoughts that cause you to feel bad. This is where your “butterfly thought” really comes in handy.

Your “butterfly thought” is a thought that you can call up any time you need to instantly feel better. The type of feeling you’re trying to connect with is the same type of feeling you get when you’re on a roller-coaster heading down the big drop. Or, when you’ve gotten unexpected good news, it’s that exhilarated butterfly in the stomach feeling.

This is what I call the “butterfly affect.” Because once you get that little butterfly feeling in your stomach then that one good feeling starts to ripple out into several good feelings. And the good feelings just mount one on top of the other until you’re in the right vibration to begin manifesting your desires.

You’re looking for a thought that will make you smile until your face hurts when you think about it happy. Now that you know the type of feeling you’re looking for and you have at least one thought that gives you the butterfly affect. Focus on that thought and feeling anytime you notice the bad feelings creep in.

When you find yourself feeling stressed, anxious, or frustrated or any other negative feeling, take a moment and a deep breath and say to yourself, “I’m feeling a bit stressed, anxious, frustrated (fill in the blank with your feeling). I choose to feel good instead.”

Then think about your “butterfly thought.” That should immediately change your feelings and thoughts so that they are more of a vibrational match to your Source. You’ll know instantly whether you’ve accessed the right thought. Your mood will change and you’ll feel a smile cross your face.

Your Mission:

For the next ten days practice paying attention to your feelings and what triggers them. Then spend time accessing your “butterfly thought” to change your feelings from bad to good.

Once you learn to do this easily and effortlessly you’ve already changed your point of attraction from primarily negative to primarily positive. And you will soon notice better and better things begin to happen.
