Intentions

An intention is described as the feeling of total focus on and belief in a particular action. Intentions are a powerful way to help you tailor your life to meet your expectations.

By stating intentions, you are effectively sending good energy ahead of yourself so that when you arrive, the situation will be just as you intended it to be. This is one of the best habits to get in to when it comes to helping you manifest your desires.

Intentions like affirmations are to be said to yourself (or aloud if you like). Intentions are for situations they’re not to be used to manifest material things. They must be said as far ahead of the situation as possible. For an intention to be effective, you must be in a positive frame of mind when you state the intention and when you experience the situation for which the intention was set.

If you allow yourself to be become negative, you risk sending negative energy ahead or manipulating the good energy that you already sent. Something you want to avoid at all cost.

Here are a few examples of some intentions you can practice.

First thing for the day: I intend safety and security for my home, my loved ones, and myself, in all that we do on this day. I intend to stay connected to Source and remain happy and joyful in all situations today. I choose to meet only those throughout this day that are harmonious with my intent. I intend this, I expect this, so by universal law it is so, and for this, I am truly grateful.

Driving: I intend safety and security on this journey as I do all journeys. I intend a smooth flow of traffic. And, I intend to arrive at my destination relaxed and on time. I choose to meet only those drivers on the road that are harmonious with my intent. I intend this, I expect this, so by universal law it is so, and for this, I am truly grateful.

Travel: I intend safety and security on this journey as I do all journeys. I intend a smooth trip without any delays or issues. And, I intend to arrive at my destination relaxed, on time, and ready for the experiences I will have. I choose to meet only those that are harmonious with my intent. I intend this, I expect this, so by universal law it is so, and for this, I am truly grateful.

Work: I intend to arrive on time and have a smooth relaxing day at work. I intend to enjoy my work and be productive. I intend to stay connected to Source and remain happy and joyful in all situations today. I choose to interact throughout this day only with those co-workers and clients that are harmonious with my intent. I intend this, I expect this, so by universal law it is so, and for this, I am truly grateful.

Meetings: I intend for this meeting to be productive and run smoothly. I intend for all of us to work together as a team to resolve any issues. I intend to stay connected to Source and remain happy and joyful in all situations. And, I choose to interact only with those in this meeting that are harmonious with my intent. I intend this, I expect this, so by universal law it is so, and for this, I am truly grateful.

Business Phone Calls: I intend for this call to be productive. I intend for both of us to listen to each other and work together as a team to resolve any issues. I intend that our tones are friendly and easy flowing. I intend to stay connected to Source and remain happy and joyful in all situations. And, I choose to interact only with callers that are harmonious with my intent. I intend this, I expect this, so by universal law it is so, and for this, I am truly grateful.

Family: I intend for all interaction with my family to be smooth and joyful. I intend that we will treat each other with love and respect in all situations. I intend to stay connected to Source and remain happy and joyful. I intend to interact only with those in my family that are harmonious with my intent. I intend this, I expect this, so by universal law it is so, and for this, I am truly grateful.

Shopping: I intend safety and security on this journey as I do all journeys. I intend when I arrive to find a close parking space. I intend to have a relaxing and quiet time while shopping. I intend to find all the things that I am looking for in stock. I intend to stay connected to Source and remain happy and joyful in all situations and I choose to meet only those that are harmonious with my intent. I intend this, I expect this, so by universal law it is so, and for this, I am truly grateful.

Last thing at night before you go to bed: I intend safety and security for my home, my loved ones, and myself, on this night. I intend a quiet night where I can sleep peacefully undisturbed. I intend to wake refreshed, relaxed, and ready to accept the miracles of a new day. I intend this, I expect this, so by universal law it is so, and for this, I am truly grateful.

It is my intention that you put these intentions to work and start to Allow Your Life all you desire.
