Gratitude Journal
Feeling gratitude is the most important thing you can do to manifest your desires. When you are grateful, you’re not resisting the good that is coming to you. In fact, you’re actually attracting more of that good into your life.
Gratitude starts the whole manifesting ball rolling. By feeling grateful for the things that you already have or even the things that you desire, you’re thinking positive. You’re happy and in harmony with your Source.
This means that you’re open to allowing because you’re no longer resisting the good that is out there for you. Just by being grateful, you’ve already conquered the Law of Intentional Consciousness and the Law of Allowing. You’re intentionally feeling the feelings of being grateful and you’re allowing the good that comes from those feelings into your life. The only thing left is the Law of Attraction. You’re ready to begin attracting the things you desire.
Notice I didn’t say by Being grateful. You have to really Feel the feelings of gratitude. Remember it’s your feelings that make it all happen. Your feelings are your link to your Source. So you must get in a place of feeling before anything can or will happen.
Choose something you desire. Let’s say for example you want to buy a new house, and that’s not quite financially in the picture just yet. First thing, take creative action and start saving toward that new house. It doesn’t have to be much. It can be the change from your pockets each night.
Just label a jar New Home Fund and consistently place some money in that jar each day and say as you do, “I’m grateful for this extra income that I have to buy my new dream home.” Now I know what you thinking, change isn’t going to buy me a new home. You’re right, it’s not the change that will get you your dream home, it’s taking creative action that will get you your new home.
Journaling
Here’s where your Gratitude Journal comes in. In your gratitude journal write, I’m grateful for my new (fill in the blank with the home of your dreams). Feel what it’s like to live in that home, really feel it, sit back, put your feet up, and just be in your new home. Write down those feelings. Do this daily.
Something like, “I’m so grateful for my new home because I feel safe, I love the neighborhood, all of my neighbors are great and we get along, I feel comfortable, I’m exhilarated, I can’t wait to take a swim in the pool.” Whatever it is you feel (no matter how silly you think it is) write it down.
As you do see yourself doing things in your new home, sitting by the fireplace, opening the fridge, doing the dishes, entertaining, watching TV, putting the kids to bed, whatever it is you do at home. See yourself doing it as though you’ve always done it in this home.
Practice thinking about…not the new home itself…but the feelings associated with the having the new home. Write them in your journal daily. Feel them when you do. Be sure to write and think as though you already live in your new home. This is very important. This will help keep you connected to the right emotions, belief, and joy.
By thinking about it as though it’s already happened, you’re saying to yourself, I believe. I see myself in my new home. I know I am there. And the other emotion is joy. Feeling joy keeps you aligned with the right vibrational energy.
Let it Happen
You’ve put all of the right pieces into place. Now, your job is to sit back and let it happen. Be consistent and do your part. Keep adding to the New Home Fund, feel what it’s like to live in your new home, see yourself doing things in your new home, and be grateful for your new home. Journal daily about your new home and let the process happen.
If you get impatient, skip a step, or stress about it then you no longer believe that it will happen. You’re setting up resistance. Think about it like this, worry, impatience, and frustration are all negative emotions. Negativity closes you off from anything good. So now, you’re resisting. By doing the above things instead, you’re taking positive creative action.
You’re in essence saying I’m relaxed, I’m sure, I believe and I’m ready to have my new home. I know without a doubt that it will happen. I’m taking the steps to make it happen and this will put you into a vibrational pattern that will attract your new home to you some way, some how.
You’ll find the home of your dreams for the right price in a good neighborhood. But this technique will work for manifesting anything, not just dream homes. So if there’s something you truly desire then be grateful for it and all that you already have. Gratitude is the soul of the universe.
