To be “on edge-” you are literally not centered – not being in your spiritual center. ~Carrie Latet
Attract a Stress Free Life
The Law of Attraction is the perfect stress reliever. If you know the secret of applying these ancient laws you can easily be more happy and relaxed than you’ve been in a very long time…if ever.
This Law states, that which is like unto itself is drawn. More simply stated like attracts like or you get what you ask for. You’re probably saying to yourself right now, “Are you sure? ‘Cause I know I didn’t ask to be tired and miserable all the time.”
But, if that’s the way you feel then, Yeah, I’m sure, you asked for it.” But since most people don’t understand the secret of how to ask for what they want, they end up with more of the same. Which, is more of what they really don’t want.
At this point, you’re probably sitting there scratching your head. Let me explain. When you say in frustration, “I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired,” or “With all I have to do I’m just so tired all the time.”
Read those two thoughts again very slowly and look at where the focus is. It’s on being sick, and being tired. And most of the time those types of phrases come out of frustration.
All negative emotions. So the universe is bound by law to provide you more of what you ask for. More sick, more tired, and more frustration. So, bad news is you really did ask for it, good news is you didn’t mean to.
Changing the way you think and especially the way you feel will go a long way to helping you relax and be stress free. Miracles do happen everyday, we just don’t bother to take notice.
Take the time to look for the good things. And appreciate them when you do see them. Also stop being so serious. Break free once in awhile. Do little things silly during the day that make you laugh.
It’s easy, start by singing silly songs to yourself out loud. Or sing silly songs to your pets. There was a song from the 80’s about party all the time. I don’t even remember the real words because I sing to my dog as were going on his walk. “Any doggy wanna potty all the time, potty all the time, potty all the time?”
Yes, yes I really do. It makes me feel good. And I’m sure the dog like it too. Strangers have mentioned many times that I have the happiest dog they’ve ever seen.
Being happy isn’t that hard and it feels so much better than being miserable. Other things you can do that make a quick difference hold the door for someone, donate something to charity, and smile just because your face works that way. Look at the sky. See the beauty around you.
Once you begin to do the small things on a regular basis, you’ll feel the stress lift. You’ll feel more relaxed and less frustrated. And, you’ll begin to notice the more positive things in your life.
This is the most important thing. This is where you begin to shift your attraction from negative to positive. As you attract more positive things in to your life, you won’t feel or even notice stress more.
Things may feel rough right now. But if you choose to do the little things, you won’t feel it every minute of everyday. It really is okay to be happy in spite of it all. So sing to your dog if you have one, they’ll love it, or at least they won’t say anything even if they don’t.
