“Start by using this sentence for all your desires…I’m so happy and grateful now that…”–Unknown
I just a had a conversation with one of my clients about this very subject. This is a rerun from back in December. But I thought it was worth repeating.
Manifesting Like the Pros
There’s a ton of great spiritual and motivational teachers, such as Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Michael Beckwith, Eckhart Tolle, Bob Proctor and the list goes on. But although their message may be somewhat different, they all have one thing in common.
By uncovering a few secrets of their own, they’ve been able to manifest the life they truly desire and do what they love. Just how did they manage to do what most of the rest of us only dream of? They stopped pleading with the universe and learned how to play the game.
Here are a few quick tips use to help you stop pleading and start living the life you desire just like the pros.
Tip Number One
Be Grateful. This is the most important thing you can do in terms of manifesting your desires. Be grateful for all that you have, all that you are, everything!!!! I can’t stress enough just how important this is.
Being grateful is our natural state of being. We are naturally happy, we naturally feel good, and we’re naturally aligned with Source. Source is pure love. No matter what your current situation is, find just one thing to be grateful for.
Say as many times as possibly each day, “I’m grateful for…” and when it become natural again, then start finding other things to be grateful for. Miracles happen around us all the time. We’ve just been led to believe there’s no such thing.
Start making it a point to notice each and every little miracle no matter how small and be grateful for it. Gratitude is the ultimate love there is. When you’re truly grateful for something then you are sharing Sources love.
Tip Number Two
This is possibly the next most important thing you can do…learn all you can about the universal laws, how they work and how to apply them to your life. Don’t just rely on one philosophy. Check out many, you may find that one teacher has a better way of explaining things. Or you may find multiple theories make sense.
Just because someone is considered a guru or an authority doesn’t mean that their ideas are the right ones for you. As you’re educating yourself, think for yourself as well. Remember this is all about feeling so if it doesn’t feel right, then don’t subscribe to that theory. You’ll know what works for you and what doesn’t.
However, on the same note, don’t just dismiss things out of hand either. Give everything you read proper thought. You may even want to test it out. But once you do, you’ll know if it’s something you really believe, something that make sense with your core values and iGPS (Inner Guidance Prescience ((knowledge or forethought)) Source).
Tip Number Three
Allow your life to happen. Stop putting up so much resistance and simply learn to allow. You can’t have the life you want if you don’t know what you want. Get clear about what you really want.
Don’t just say I want to be rich. That’s probably not what you really want. You most likely want something deeper than just money. You most likely want the things that money can bring you, not really the money itself.
Money can bring you freedom and independence. Money can bring you grand experiences. Money can bring you the ability to help others. Money can bring you peace of mind. Those are really the things you most likely want. Drill down, get specific, get clear about what you really want then put it out there, and leave it alone. Keep your focus on it but don’t be demanding or compulsive.
Doing a daily “workshop” is a good way to stay focused. Set aside fifteen to twenty minutes a day. Just visualize exactly what your life would be if your desires were met. Feel the feelings. Get into it. Become emotional in a good way. Cry happy tears when you receive exactly what you want.
By doing a daily workshop, not only do you keep your focus on your desires but you consistently raise your shimmer factor (vibration) to meet those desires. This is also a great way to find out if what you think you want is really what you want.
By feeling your way through the workshop, you’ll know if you don’t feel good about it, then it’s not right for you. It may take you sometime to figure out exactly what you do want. If you don’t know at first or if you’re simply not on the right track then just ask…”what do I want.” If you listen, the answer will come.
Once you’re confident about what it is you really want then just allow it to happen. Don’t think how. Just know that it is going to happen. Then pay attention to the signs along the way. When you begin to see it take shape by seeing it happen to other people or seeing it happen around you, you know it’s on its way. Just be grateful each day for what you already have and allow the rest to come.
Tip Number Four
Surrender. Surrender to where you are in life at this moment. Accept where you are. Accept that your choices put you in this situation. Accept responsibility. Now that doesn’t mean give up, stop desiring, stop wanting. Not at all, it just means to make peace with your current situation, what ever it may be.
Surrender in this context means to let go of the resistance. Get to a point where you can say to yourself and believe, “The choices I made in the past were not the best choices. However, I realize that and accept that. Now from this moment forward I choose to make better choices.
I choose not to let the old choices creep back in. I know that my situation is only temporary and will get better with each choice that I make that is better than the ones that caused this situation.
Now when you find yourself in a position where you must choose, stop for a moment, and feel the choice that you’re making. Really feel it. Does it feel good? Does it agree with your core values and iGPS? If not then you’re still making the wrong choices. Trust yourself. Know without a doubt that if it agrees with your iGPS then it is in alignment with your core values. And now you’re making the right choice.

Thanks Sandra for commenting. You are completely right. An open mind is essential to our growth. The more we educate ourselves the more we are able to find our true potential. And that’s what it’s all about.

As we read I think keeping an open mind is essential. This can prevent falling into a rut with our growth. Always read more and keep expanding from the great minds have to offer.
Thanks for the reminder, Shonda!
